A bit about my approach to therapy

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am deeply passionate about fostering a supportive and empathetic environment for my clients. My client-centered approach ensures that each individual’s unique experience and perspective are at the forefront of their journey.

I believe that by actively listening and validating one’s feelings, I can empower clients to explore their challenges and discover their internal strengths. This collaborative process not only nurtures personal growth but cultivates resilience, renewed confidence and hope.

 

I often use a Client Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. I believe you know yourself the best and I am really just here to guide you through the changes you want to make.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, we will discuss what lead you here and where you want to go. We can explore deep rooted beliefs that influence thought and behavior patterns along with leaning healthy ways to regulate emotions. Clients often walk away feeling heard, supported and empowered.
